Machine vision and AI technology enable the ACCESS system to look at the workpiece, interpret it’s welding requirements based on your in-house welding practices, and autogenerate a welding program in minutes.
Operator Confirmation
To ensure total control over quality and expected outcomes, the operator is presented with the details of how the system intends to process the workpiece. With minutes they can edit the programme for any unique set of requirements, before confirming that the system should proceed to welding.
Weld
With the welding programme confirmed, the system will go straight to welding maximising system uptimes. Integrated with existing sensors and software, such as touch sense and seam tracking, accuracies are absolute and weld quality outcomes are predictable and repeatable.
